These people were out to clean my carpets, they were told there was an animal inside (cat) I returned home and my cat was no where to be found. The owner, and the worker, instead of apologizing, denied anything could’ve happened regardless of the fact the the worker knew he had seen the cat inside.
Made an appointment for late afternoon and they showed up early! They did a living room and 2 small bedrooms in 40 mins! I could never get those stains out with my Bissell and they are now gone! They are speedy AND amazing!!!!! Will definitely use again!
They were hired to clean our carpets before we moved in. We lived next door and noted that they were inside for just over 5 minutes. When we moved in, the carpet was dirty!
The day before Thanksgiving and I thought for sure I would not be able to find a company to assist me with a water leak in the basement. I can’t thank you enough for returning my call and coming out the same day to take care of this. Everyone was very courteous, neat, and efficient in their work.
