4.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I referred your facility to my niece for her repairs. She was disappointed in the inconsistent information she received. I think the work on the vehicles is good just need improvement on updates and responses for call backs. 5 Star : Repair Quality I need to have an insignia part placed but the rest of the car looks pretty good. 4 Star : Customer Service I had a better experience the first time I brought my Prius in for repair. I was kept updated and my car was done within a week.

3.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3 Star : Repair Quality Many of the parts they put on my car were definitely used, which is fine, but the silver long panel on my passenger side seems to be peeling off and I’ve only had my car back about a week. Also as soon as I left the shop my car died and would not restart without being jumped. The problem continued and I had to get a new battery.
