Thanks so much to Mike Ryan (Service Manager) for going above and beyond with my auto repair. While driving home from visiting family in Rockford, my cars engine light came on and started smoking. I pulled in to Speedway and although I did not purchase my car there and it was nearly closing time, Mike diagnosed my cars problem, ordered the parts I needed to repair the car the next morning AND set me up with a loaner car so I drive the 60 miles back home. Horrible place they are only trying to rip you off. They are extremely sketchy and rude to everyone. Don't waste your money or time on them unless you want to lose thousands of dollars
The service department is great Grant is an awesome guy but the sales manager is a rude jerk they sold me a 30k SUV an when I test drove the vehicle the battery was dead an they jumped it to get it running then while all the loan stuff was going thru they were suppose to test the battery an they told me it was good. A few months later I had issues with the car an it cost me 250 dollars to replace the battery cause they also charged me 75 dollars to tell me my battery was bad so over a stupid thing like that they lost a custo... read more
