Overpriced and rude sales people. The owner was rude as well, wouldn't budge at all on price. I got the same thing for much cheaper, somewhere else, and was treated with respect while shopping. Dont go here, its a waste of time and money!

I bought my car in January. I had a great sales rep Greg. He worked hard for me with nit such good credit or money down. I was able to buy a 2017 Kia that I am very happy with. I had my car hit with rocks from a Machesney Park Village dump truck which Machesney Park Village is refusng to pay for and Speedway told me they could repair it so they are going to give me an estimate for the repairs. In all very satisfied with how tgey have treated me.

Sold us a bumper to bumper warrenty then tell us that they dont offer one as soon as we needed it. Spent 8grand on a car and was in the shop 2 months later. Should of listened to other customers when i was told they were a rip off.
I went in on the 28th of February. The car i wanted was test driven and scratched up. They said they were going to fix it. They finally called me to come in on the 26th of march to fix it. I also never bought a car without a spare tire. And since ita a 2013 i would expect a key fob. But i keep getting the runaround about that. I signed a paper saying that they will give me good service. After giving them my $3,500 down payment it's been anything but. Never again. Wish i could take it back get my money and go elsewhere
The worst place ever if you have any and I mean any credit issues DO NOT GO THERE I WAITED SIX HOURS TO BE TOLD I NEEDED 3000 on a Vehicle under 10000 fucken ridiculous I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT In there just to be humiliated
They sold a trailer to us over a year ago and we still don't have a title for it!!!! Can't use it at all cuz Illinois requires trailers to be plated!!! Beware they sell illegally with no titles and just blow u off when u demand they fix it.
