We went there once. Spent 1 1/2 hours in the showroom while they went over our financials. Never once asked what we were looking for,never showed us a car. Just how much could we afford to spend.We left and we'll never go back. We only do business with people who appreciate us.
Do yourself a favor and keep looking. My husband and I bought a used truck from this dealer, with a warranty that was promised to cover almost everything... Until we actually needed to use it, then it covered NOTHING. and not only did it not cover anything- The staff (Issac and Jr.) at speedway auto mall were completely RUDE to my husband and did not provide any sort of customer service. what a joke the service man Isaac will deny everything you have if you bought a warranty and then when you call him out on it he says I wish you came weight first and then if you sold him a vehicle as a trade-in he will hold that price against you Jr is worthless. Isaac forget you you garbage piece of crap!
