They refused to do my oil change after making me wait for 40 minutes. The other location in cedar hill stripped my drip pan bolt and they told me they could fix it. The guy who told me he couldn’t do it was shaking his head and throwing his hands up when I pulled in at 520p. Conveniently right at 6 he came to me and said nope we can’t do it. Very noticeable that he was in a rush to leave.
Great experience here, no attempts to upsell and very professional team. Can’t beat the price
The staff at SpeeDee was great, and efficient. I was out in no time. They let me know my issues.
