Been coming here for many years and every employee has been friendly and knowledgeable
Wouldn’t even give a one star honestly. Went in for a tune up and was told my spark plugs needed to be changed along with my gasket. Was told the initial labor was 310 but got charged 340 for labor.. Also was told if I wanted the parts they use it would cost another 200 dollars . Went and bought my own parts and still somehow got charged 340 for labor. what doesn’t make sense is victor told me the wrong part and added another charge which was 30 dollars. They were swift with care… moderately priced…
One of the worst services I've received starting from customer service to the actual services performed. Took over an hour to get serviced with 2 vehicles in front of me. Watched 4 different dudes standing there while Randy was on lunch. Guy who took my information also wiped my windshields with dirty water and left it dirtier than when I arrived. Guy was surprised we chose to stay in our vehicle for a "speed service" but it should've been a hint. As I'm sitting in the vehicle, instead of asking to turn my headlights off, on... read more
