Quick and speedy
Excellent customer service, rapid oil change and additional services. Satisfactory.
Kept me waiting for a long time no clue why when I kept seeing people leaving before me that came after until I see them getting what looked to be a filter delivered don't mind waiting but no heads up letting me know why the delay specially when it was a recommended service that they offered at least tell me when offered about the extra wait and then not told anything until everything was done
I took my car to SpeeDee just for a simple oil change, and this place completely ruined my trust in them. What should’ve been a quick, basic service turned into one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a shop. First off, while I was waiting, I could hear the employees unnecessarily revving my car like they were at a drag strip.
