I’ve been a customer for more than eight years now.. The place is greatly improved over the last few years. It’s not perfect. I am very happy with my dealings with them. Even when I’ve had a problem. They still charge a yearly fee plus ALSO charging for each package pickup. Other pickup services in NF only charge pickup fees (and cheaper)

These guys are the best have been a customer since the late 80's, Excellent service and easy access from all the bridges in Niagara Falls. Stop in and check them out you won't be sorry.

I've had my US mail sent here for a number of years now. If you are looking for a great staff, courteous, professional service, this is the place to go. It's conveniently located and the hours are very good. They go out of their way to be helpful too.

Used these guys for years to receive shipments for our retail store in Mississauga. Super to deal with and always on the ball for sure!! Sad to say we closed our store and will let our mailbox expire but otherwise I'd be signing up again!!
