Dr. Smida is the best. He's a great dentist and his staff is really friendly. Also, they play good music over the speaker system. 5 stars!
The office is professional and organized. The follow up and care in patient service is 100%. Dr Smida has a great chairside manner.
In summary, it took me 39 years to find such an efficient, kind and flexible dentist as Dr. Smida. In addition to his technical talent, I would distinguish his human qualities among his peers (e.g. approachable, great bedside manner and indeed humor for that matter) . Ms. Julie, the Dental Hygienist / 'Project Manager' deserves a special mention and indeed praise for her efficiency, communication and charm. Nobody loves going to the dentist, so it's never going to be a glowing review, but: Clean, friendly, easy to get an appointment. Alternative options are explained + costs laid out, but I sometimes feel that they err on the side of treatment... but maybe I just have bad teeth. They are reassuring + seem good at what they do- I've been a patient for a couple of years now, so it can't be that bad.
very positive experience all around. I have a fear of dentists but I was made to feel very at ease throughout my appointment.
