Dr. K is very nice; however, the practice is EXTREMELY outdated which can be very inconvenient. They do not have a working email, so they can only fax information out (I don't believe that many, if any, people have fax machines at home, so the only options are to either have information faxed to an external fax machine or to pick up in person. The worst medical appointment experience I have ever had. Waited weeks for an appointment with Dr O'Brien, only to be told when I showed up that my appointment was with someone totally different. Apparently Dr O'Brien hasn't taken on new patients in "years". This seems like something that should be mentioned when I call to make the appointment....
