Staff is nice but the work is on the level of a dental Student. They did 3 bridge crowns, left a gap in every one of them. As a result, they have all rotted from the inside out. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone
Dr Bates is awesome she cares about your well being and she took her time to identify my health needs and addressed them appropriately
The Best Doctor that I ever had at Spectrum Health Center! Great skills, very thorough, bed side manners, and a great listener. Personality was always Beautiful!
She is very nice and patient. She shows a lot of concern and loves when her patients advocate and voice their problems.
Bad attitude, doesn’t explain treatment plan! He needs more training in the areas of compassion.
Unable to communicate effectively with his staff and mental health patients. His people skills are poor. Needs to be taught bedside manners. Wouldn't recommend him.
Dr. Bates was the first doctor I had that actually listened to my concerns and made the necessary recommendations. She has the care and intelligence to get the job done. My only con is she is overworked as she works in a clinic. When communicating with clinics she's usually booked. But I dont want to see anyone else because she understands me. This is very important in any patient doctor relationship.
My visits with this doctor has always been a great experience. He provide very helpful information.
