I've lived here for two years and I like it a lot. Maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner and management is nice. I wish it was easier to pay rent online but I think they should fix that soon.
So happy with the new management. They have added Valet Waste, combined both properties so we have double amenities and still continue on with Food Truck Friday's! I am very pleased with the office staff as they are ALL so helpful and friendly. Thank you for making this a great place to live.
When Trillium was sold I was a bit scared about loosing the awesome staff, maintenance, and gardeners. I'm happy to say they seem to be here still. I am thankful that nothing has changed with the new management. Awesome customer service. Thank you Alliance.
