Everything was much better with Trillium, before few years ago. I still wait almost 20 hours, for someone to come and fix AC
The maintenance staff has been great to us in this last year of us living in these apartments. Mike, Jasmine, and Jordan have been servicing all of our needs with a friendly, timely, and courteous manner. Thanks guys!
Jordan S helped us out today we couldn't say thank you enough!! Such a kind guy and really cared about our problems. Gave us helpful tips, and does an amazing job at keeping our view of the North pool looking spectacular!! A+++ employee and we really appreciated it. If you put in a work order you better hope it's Jordan to show up!
No water? No problem! Says Spectra on 7th. They're so retroactive with any issue. Expect, "We're waiting on it" with basically any service request you make, even if it's an emergency. Very poor customer service and communication throughout. It's obvious it's a general problem with @[62262733635:Alliance Residential Company], wish they didn't take over after Trillium...
Apartment living is not what I was accustomed to, but have come to really appreciate it since moving to Spectra! Sure, there are occasional "irritations" but such is life... I focus on the good... I get to enjoy a resort style pool, was able to cancel my gym membership, and I grab a Starbucks every morning before I head to work... the staff has always been super helpful as well. What's not to love!!
