They double booked our club house rental. Our big party shows & another birthday party was decorating our reserved room. Embarrassing to our guests waiting for this to be resolved. Not good management at all.
Come live at a great community!! The residents are happy, the staff is welcoming!!
The office staff were very informative and the place looked amazing! I felt welcomed from the moment I stepped in the front doors!
The new faces in the office are a nice change. I am happy you are starting to get some resident functions going and I have to apologize for taking my prior frustration out on the manager that really went out of her way to help me today. This is a beautiful place and after considering my options, I can't find anywhere else that felt more like home than this place. No home will always be perfect, but I am happy with the changes and improvements that are being made by the newbies..
