Dr. Ashley is the most knowledgeable and sweet Chiropractic I have ever met. She makes every appointment personal and mindful. Her skills with pregnancy, newborns and babies are outstanding. She specializes in craniosacral therapy as well, which helps our baby sleep, eat better and be more relaxed. We love Dr. Ashley!

Best personalized treatment I've ever had. No matter what the issue is she will take the time to fix it. Also nice atmosphere, great staff and Matt is a fantastic massage therapist. Best chiropractor in the DFW area IMHO.
Our whole family are regulars with Dr. Spector. We each have unique issues that she carefully and thoughtfully corrects, from violin wrist strains to pulled neck injuries from football. We are so grateful for her passion in her field. Thank you doc!
I've been to 4 or 5 chiropractors in the past. Some good but Ashley is wonderful...different kind of style. My husband and I are very pleased with her service and expertise �

I've been seeing Dr. Ashley for over a year and every time I get an adjustment I learn something new about proper exercise technique, stretching, and she even shared a video with me to cure my vertigo! She's an athlete, a busy mom, and finds time to give back to the community. She and her staff really deserve 10 stars on this scale. �

Dr. Ashley is wonderful - the best chiropractor I've been to!! I've had headaches and intermittent dizziness throughout my life, but Dr. Ashley has worked her magic on my neck and back. I feel like a new person! She's extremely knowledgeable and very caring. I highly recommend Dr. Ashley!
Friendly folks and the massage therapist Matt is highly skilled and does an incredible job in taking care of your specific needs. Location is also great right in the heart of Plano/Mckinney/Frisco.
