Ever since I started coming here, I've stopped walking into telephone poles. Literally best optometrist, and staff, and shop (so clean!) ever.
My experience with Dr. Schmitt and the staff at Spectacle today was top notch. From the minute I walked in, I felt welcome. The space has such a modern, trendy feel that really complements NW Portland. The eye technician did a great job of walking me through the procedures and was incredibly friendly. Dr. Schmitt was knowledgeable, personable and just an all around great guy. Finally, the girl that helped me pick out my frames was wonderful! Today was my first visit at Spectacle with Dr. Anderson. I'm a newcomer to the Portland area, and believe for the first time in well over 30 years, I have found a vision specialist who is helping me see things clearly...finally! I would also like to say that the four other staff members with whom I interacted today were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to meet. Thanks to all of you!
Great experience, very kind humans. This was honestly the most caring and thorough eye exam appointment I've ever had (and I am over 50 which says a lot). Felt well educated when I left - highly recommend :)
By far the best eye exam I have ever had. Dr. Anderson is knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job in making sure that my prescription was perfect. Hector was really helpful in finding a pair of glasses that makes me feel confident and professional! Thank you so much!
