I visited this location to get prescriptions and was disappointed overall. A name was printed incorrectly and our phone number was entered wrong. When we asked for it to be corrected, Joseph Kwon looked irritated and dismissed our concerns by saying “nothing will happen" but only the name end up changed. When tap payment wasn’t working, we were told that a physical card was needed and were not told of any alternatives like splitting the bill, and they continued to watch us struggle to figure it out. I visited Joe, at the Specsavers and oh man 1 of the best service I received in ages. I needed to change nose pads for my glaces, not only he found the best pads, his quality of work was amazing. Keep it up good work Joe!
Very pleased with Specsavers very pleasant place to go to for an eye exam and my reading glasses prescription was ready to pick up within a week.
