I hate leaving negative reviews. We had a decorative custom concrete Fireplace built in our home. The top mantle and stone cracked within 8 months. Paul came out to our house and stated that it should have never happened. He stated that concrete has a psi of 3000 per square inch and should have never cracked. He said he would be happy to replace it. That was the last we saw of Paul. We then kept calling to schedule replacement, but he ghosted us . He doesn’t stand behind his work.
