Kristy taught my daughter Julia to swim with the ISR technique. Julia was barely two years old and a little frightened at first. Kristy was patient, professional, knowledgable, and engaging. In a very short time, Julia was swimming and loved it! This was all thanks to Kristy! I have also had the experience to personally have Kristy help coach me on the Beachbody program. She is always motivating, inspiring, extremely dedicated to what she does, supportive and much more!
Liz is an amazing person all around . She has taught both of my sons. They are both very confident swimmers . She is beyond patient and she knows how to make children feel safe and learn at the same time.
Liz Goldring was my son's ISR instructor. She is amazing!!! She is kind, sweet, patient and my son just adores her. She helped him through his fears/anxiety of the water and of course taught him the most valuable life saving skills!!! We <3 Liz :)
Kristy gave my son ISR swim lessons. She was -simply put- AMAZING with him! She was gentle yet firm and she took special care with him because he has reflux. With Kristy's help, he quickly learned all of the survival skills!
