Having done Aquabelly fitness, personal training, PiYo live, and ISR with 2 of my children with Kristy, I can safely say that there is no one better to meet all of your swimming and fitness needs!!!
My son was fortunate enough to have taken ISR lessons with both Liz and Kristy. He started with Liz when he was only 18 months old for his initial ISR lessons. He loved working with her and would ask every day to go see Miss Liz, even running to the pool side to start his lesson each day. Nine months later we had moved and he needed some refresher lessons, Kristy was closer to our new home so we saw her for a couple of weeks. Liz taught my son ISR when he was 1yo and built his confidence up in the water tremendously!! He's now almost 3 and absolutely loves the water and loves going back to swim with Liz for refresher classes! Best thing we ever did for our son was get him in her class. We are forever grateful for her dedication, patience, and for just being awesome!!
Kristy was my son's ISR instructor. She was patient, gentle and calm throughout the entire process. She was a pleasure to work with and I will be forever grateful to her for everything she taught us. Any child or family would be lucky to work with her!
Liz has taught my two boys to ISR and one of them how to swim! She built my older sons confidence in the water and had him diving to the bottom of the pool before age three! Her patience, constant smile and bubbly attitude make her a joy to work with, and the kids LOVE swimming with her! I have done multiple Beachbody challenge groups with both Kristy and Liz and they are so motivating! They really push you to make your goals all while having fun!
Kristy was my twins ISR instructor. They were 4 and could only go in the water with a life vest. They would never put their heads in the water and if water even splashed in their face they went crazy. She had them both under water on the first visit. My son is very stubborn and Kristy was so patient with him. In a month, they were both able to self rescue and learned some swimming strokes.
