Liz and the Specialized Swim & Wellness Crew are the Cream of the Crop when it comes to swimming lessons for little ones. My daughter is not only confident in the water, she has a respect for it as well. The lessons taught by the MOST LOVING MERMAID MAKER ON THE PLANET are so important. I rest easier knowing that my baby has the skills she needs to survive a fall in the pool and enjoy a swim with the family!
This place and Juliana,my daughter’s instructor, are amazing. Highly recommend them! After only three weeks and my daughter is swimming like a fish. She was terrified to go in the water without her floats and very anxious around water. So thankful for them!
Mrs. Kristy has taught both by boys and I also do refreshers courses every year. She is the best by far! And she loves my boys to pieces and we love her. I highly recommend her and her team!

Both of my kids have been taking ISR lessons from Liz since they were little babies...my daughter is 2.5 years old and can swim independently in the pool by herself-we are told all of the time how amazing her swim skills are and we owe this all to Liz! Our 1.5 year old son has also taken the classes and can swim and dive to get toys from the bottom. I highly recommend these lessons..they are well worth the time and money! We will soon have our third baby, who will also take classes with Liz! She's amazing!
My son started lessons with Liz a little before his second birthday! She is so sweet and he took to her right away. It was amazing to see him become so confident in the water! He continues to love swimming and floating. We felt so confident in the lessons, facility, and both instructors (Liz and Kristy). I'm so happy that we choose ISR and the specialized swim & wellness center!
