We ❤️ Miss Liz!! She has such a gift! My boys were probably 2 of her most stubborn students, but she was so patient and kind- simply amazing with them and made them both safe in the water. They are both confident little fishes swimming in the water now!
Liz Goldring is amazing. My son loves the water now! He's a great swimmer!!! I recommend her to all my friends and family. Next up is my baby Cayden I can't wait to get him in the water with her!
Both my daughters have been learning survival swim lessons with Liz since they were babies and now my 3 year old can swim the whole pool all by herself :) she loves swimming and being independent in the pool. And I love he peace of mind knowing they are safe in and around our pool and others. I highly recommend these unique swim classes that are well worth it in the end. We will be going back for maintenance lessons as needed!
What an amazingly positive experience that I had with Specialized. All three of my children went through their ISR program with an overwhelmingly success! I can't say enough about how much they all loved Liz and how wonderful she was with them. Incredible program with incredible instructors!

Specialized Swim & Wellness is a literal life saver. For children in South Florida, water safety is a must and these women provide a safe and effective program that ensures your children reach success in a nurturing and professional manner. All three of my children have gone through this program and I wouldn't have it any other way!
My daughter Mia started ISR at 18 months with Liz and I was skeptical but very hopeful that this would work. Living in Florida there is water all around so I knew it was important to teach my daughter life saving skills in the water. This was easily the best decision we ever made. Mia was able to float in just a few weeks! 6 months later we took refresher classes in the new facility and in no time she was able to do the full sequence of swim-float-swim!
