I came in for an injection. Excellent, professional care from sign in to release. Dr. Majors explained each step as she was about to execute it, letting me know what to expect. I really appreciated that! Thank you!
If I could give 0 stars I would, since I can't I'll give a 1. The nurses were very rude and disrespectful to my dad who had major back surgery. They raised their voices at him a number of times. He was in pain and could not receive any pain med for a while after his surgery due to his oxygen. That I know was not their fault but how they handled him while in tears and intense pain was very unprofessional and made me regret him going there. I do not recommend anyone to this hospital. Dr. Lillich just performed the second surgery to my right ankle. The veterans administration did the first two resulting in my having to get Dr. Lillich. Dr. Lillich, his staff and specialist hospital have done me justice and i'm completely satisfied! Thanks for everything!
