I had L3 - S1, 360 spinal fusion, April of 2016. Dr. Kerr did my surgery. From the time I walked in until the time they wheeled me out, I was treated like royalty. Pre-Op, Post-Op and my stay in the hospital, I couldn't have asked for better care. Then when it came time for PT, the Physical Therapists were outstanding. I have used all four aspects of the Specialists Hospital group. Orthopedic Specialist, The Spine Institute, the hospital and the PTs. They are all fantastic in my book.
The staff was friendly and helpful. My care was excellent.
I had excelent care. I guess I was Fortunate to have good people takeing care of me. i had a problem with been comfortatable they got me more pillows. if i moved my just a bit the alarms was going off the showedhubby how to help. it was a great stay Thank you to the day and night nutsing staff. very friendly and comforting. So far they have treated her pretty good. There was a problem with her blood pressure for almost 2 days. The day nurses were very sweet and helpful. The night shift nurse, well lets just say at the beginning of her shift didn't go so well. When asked a question she was rude and snappy. However, with that being said, it did get better. So far tonight, she has been good and very nice. If they could fix my back, i would like it here. Have a great night and GOD BLESS.
Dr,Majors was Awesome and his staff that took care of me before and after my Neck Injections,were very on point,and in a timely manner as well no long waiting,And they took the time to explain the Whole process,Dr,Majors,broke it a down so even I could u.understand lol,Too All of the Doctor's And Staff At Specialist Hospital, in Shreveport,La, Spine Institute of Louisiana,Y'all Rock!!:)
My experience here could not have been better. All personnel were very caring and professional
I had a rotator cuff muscle repair 2-16-17 with Dr. John Googe. I must say that the staff there are very professional and courteous. Best overall experience ever.
There's not just one but EVERY person that I came in contact was caring, professional and the best hospital I've ever stayed at. Definitely got my recommendation for everyone. Thank you for taking such EXCEPTIONAL care!
