I'd give them 0 stars if I could . My boyfriend and I were going to pick out a kitty. Found the perfect one. Well we went to fill out the papers. But since we put declawed as a preference we were black listed and can't adopt. They strongly suggested that they don't trust us and believe us to go out and declaw. Then told me I destroyed my cat by declawing him. Told us to go to wake county because "I guess a declawed cat is better than a dead cat" I GUESS?!? Really. That's just plain evil sounding. A friend of mine shared a pic of Chuckles and that is what started it all!!! Can't say enough about all of the people I have met the last 2 days AWESOME can't sum it up!!!! Everyone was so helpful from the dogs meeting to the paperwork, you could see and feel the love they have for every animal there:)....it was so worth the 2hr and 50min drive Chuckles is a perfect fit for us...Thanks for caring and having a Facebook page because had my friend not shared the photo I would have never known about my new baby:)

Amazing staff. We adopted our new furry baby from them and made a wonderful match not only for us but for my other dog. Wonderful facility! Wish I could adopt more!

They are doing a fantastic job. They need more funding to help the animals they are rescuing to get into homes where they are wanted.
