Absolutely wonderful people and facility! Everything is set up very self explanatory and they only want to match the perfect addition to your family to you!
I have adopted 3 cats from here about 6 years ago. So last Thur. I talked my boyfriend into adopting a cat. See he's recovering from a rather extensive back surgery, and was home alone a good bit of the time. So we went in and he met Garcia who instantly took to him. Lucky for us it was free Thursday for the first 10 adoptions! So now these two guys are talking to each other and getting along great. We adopted Guinness (Marco), the Great Dane. He is absolutely amazing. He is so smart and loving. Him and my other dog, Zoey, love each other so much. He has made her so happy. I am so thankful we found him and thankful for the SPCA for allowing us to make him a part of our family.
I adopted my first cat ever in my life (Wish) almost a month ago. I love this cat so much! I just stare at her :D I love that they spay and nueter, provide a lot of medical information upon filling out paper work, and the SPCA is just as excited as the owners to see pets going home! We love the SPCA! They were right about one more thing... she loves feather wands! So much she keeps breaking them.
They recommended me the perfect dog and I couldn't be happier. She is my best friend and they made everything so easy!
My kids and I love animals and like to spend time at all the shelters. We have rescued from 3 different shelters including SPCA where we find Kenai as a puppy!
Excellent place to get a new animal, the staff really cares about them
We adopted our baby kitten named blue. He is absolutely amazing and fits in with our family purrrfect. As soon as we met him we knew he was going home with us. The people there are wonderful and made the adoption easy and a memory for us to never forget with giving blue his fur ever home. Thank y'all so much.
