It was our first time adopting and let me just say, the process was a whole lot smoother than expected. People were friendly and very informative. We adopted Carver, on Saturday, he's a 1 year 3 month old amazing baby boy! He is the perfect little big brother for our fur child!!! One thing for sure is don't let anything discourage you from adopting from them. We love the SPCA!! We took the kids there to visit five years ago and we walked out with the most handsomest chocolate lab mix named Louie! We absolutely loved his name so we kept it. He completes our family! A big thank you to all the amazing volunteers that help run the SPCA ����
Really nice facility. We brought home the sweetest brother & sister kittens just 2 weeks ago & I can't imagine our home without their liveliness and cuddles. Thank you!
We got a young calico from Wake SPCA and she is the first pet we've gotten there and the sweetest cat we've ever had.
Over the years, two of my babies have come from here. One very recent. I definitely prefer it to the other major shelter in the area. It's much more friendly and inviting. From the people to layout of all the animals. Everyone I have met who's working there has been super friendly and caring and passionate. The rooms and crates are maintained very well and always seem clean and orderly.
