Dear Spavia, I have been an avid member of yours for a while now. But you are about to lose me. I work in a healthcare business, as a nurse and obviously I know a lot of nurses to diligently takes care of COVID patients without asking any questions. RecommendedMy boyfriend and I have been seeing Lindsey for facials for a few months now and she is truly the best. Always on time and asking about my skin care needs and suggest the best services for our skin. Ariel, I believe is the receptionist who always helps us out. (I am the biggest Disney fan you will ever meet so every time I speak to her I am excited) She is the sweetest and very patient with my many needy requests. Bad customer service from front desk staff, including management. In their eyes, they can do no wrong and make no mistakes. I had a monthly membership for months and finally cancelled it. They talked me into a facial when I warned of sensitive skin. Then I had an allergic reaction! They put it on my chart not to use that product on me anymore, and had a massage therapist use the same lotion that I was allergic to again and had another allergic reaction on my whole body! I absolutely loved my facial and every product that I have received from them. all of the employees are pleasant and the amenities are wonderful! I will definitely be returning!

RecommendedI highly recommend this Spavia Day Spa! Everyone I met was extremely polite and cheerful! They truly enjoy their jobs and make you feel whole heartedly welcome! My masseuse, (am I spelling that right?), Michelle ABSOLUTELY ROCKED IT!! I hear she's new to the team there but she was 100% FANTASTIC! As a server I'm constantly on the go and I haven't felt so relaxed in ages!! Thank you so much for working your Magic! I can't wait to come back again!
