Edit to add, first shift said they’d unload the 1 pallet, 2 hours later 2nd shift came out at 4PM and said they were done receiving for the day and we had to leave but could come back at 3AM and MAYBE get unloaded. Lumper fee is insane. Arrived early for our appointment sat for 5 hours before given a door. Sat for another 3 hours to be unloaded 1 pallet refused due to overage. Dispatcher said to come back now have been sat for almost 2 hours for 1 pallet to be pulled

Working with this company has been very disappointing. We hauled dairy products on a reefer trailer, and despite arriving on time, the broker charged us an unfair late fee for a delay of less than five minutes, according to their documents. The fee was several hundred dollars, which is completely unjustified. This kind of behavior from the broker is concerning. Carriers should be cautious of brokers working with this company, as it leads to unnecessary losses and unfair charges!
