Great trainers, fun environment, good conversation, oporunity to meet new people, obtain great skills and techniques, feel challenge, healthy eating feed back with splurg YUM...sign me up. Best of all the gym makes you feel welcomed. There is something for everyone kids, women and men. Check it out!!! 8)
Awesome place! Love the classes! Even for out of shape people like myself it is a great gym. Instructors are super nice, knowledgeable, and patient(but not too nice to where they won't kick your butt to get you in shape!) but hey that's why you join in the first place right? Awesome gym for all fitness levels!!
