What a great place to train and spar met some new friends and enjoyed tonight
I just completed the women self defense clinic with Dan. This is a must take clinic for all women! I learned so many tactics that gave me some much needed confidence. The reality of potential dangers for females is very real and Dan addresses those concerns and offers some easy to remember and employable moves to help us get away and remain safe. Spartan nation is great with all ages from kids to adults. It is exhilarating training. The coaches are great! A fun place to train
Great with kids an adults of all ages very patient and very educational instructors. My kids love going there they learn a lot and have fun at the same time this place is done a lot for them five stars all day.
This is an all around gym. Martial arts and fitness. I love this place and the instructors great!
Its an amazing atmosphere and always a humbling and warming effect before and after practice
