Coach Dan is welcoming, athletic, genuine, and I've loved training with him my first month in Arizona! Spartan Nation also has Coach Jason and Coach Deran for powerlifting, kickboxing, and functional fitness; or u can come cry at yoga with the caring, balanced Yogini Heather.
