Dan is a good friend and a great coach. His love for the sport and kids is at the highest level.

You'd be hard pressed to find another team of coaches that all share such a genuine passion for martial arts and fitness. In addition to working with some of the best grapplers you'll find anywhere, you get to train with great, friendly people in a family-style environment. Whether you want to be a fighter or just get into shape; whether you've trained for years or have never set foot on a mat, there is something here for you. Dan teaches my boys (and girl:) wrestling and they LOVE it! Dan is hands down the BEST coach! He is SO nice and knowledgeable. You can tell he loves what he does and he loves to help others. My sister and I also did a women's self defense class with him and I'd recommend it to anyone. I learned so much! Definitely life changing! I feel much more confident now. Thanks, Dan for all you do!!
