Update: Now the Tenant was gone to no payments for 2 months now. They have been served eviction status, by all means they are officially just using the property for free. Its unfortunate, my investment with Spartan Invest, is turning out to be a doozy. My experience with the platform has been mixed. While its transparency surpasses that of many other providers, certain concerns have arisen regarding tenant reliability.
