IF YOU SMOKE, EXPECT TO BE WRITTEN UP FOR VIOLATIONS ON A REGULAR BASIS. ANYTHING BREAKS, THE RESIDENT HAS TO PAY FOR REPAIR/REPLACEMENT COSTS. NICE APARTMENTS, BUT MANAGEMENT HAS NO IDEA HOW TO WORK WITH OLDER PEOPLE.
