Worse ever! Was in sun for not being able to breath and ear pain. 1 pill left now and I'm gasping for air more than before. The doc called me ridiculous and stupid for coming back in when my antibiotic wasn't done yet...I walked out and made a huge scene!!!! That doc did not care bout his patients...... He is lucky I didn't break his nose. Very disappointed and will be calling the state on Mason urgent care
Why are they so slow?! It's always at least an hour, today I've been waiting two hours, haven't even been called back yet. I'm a nurse, most likely have the flu, just give me the Tamiflu and let me go lie down! Horrible service.
BEST urgent care system in Michigan! Plus the location in Mason is ideal for serving a wide range of patient base. Anybody that's had issues with the Mason UC is likely typical of the "unique" class of people who think that, in spite of not having a medical degree or specific training (and many not even having a general education), they are sufficiently able to diagnose (and many times, treat) themselves. For those I would suggest that you not waste the time of professionals in a medical setting, and go for it.
The people that work here have saved my life at least twice.
