Had to bring myself and children in yesterday, showed them my 5 month old was presenting pink eye, sent home with no scripts and this morning his eyes are super bad. Called and was told I’d have to come back and be seen again even though there is quarantine..... total waste of time

My kids both have strep. I know for 100% fact that it IS strep. And they wouldn't give my kids antibiotics because the results were negative. But they're almost always negative!!! I'm really mad and definitely not going back.
Great experience at the Mason site tonight. I was grateful that they were open so late on Sunday and all the staff were very friendly and professional. There are lots of options for urgent care facilities in Lansing but I just found my favorite.

Never seems to be able to bill insurance happened with lab work and urgent care.. still trying to get it fixed almost a year later.
Husband went in with abdominal pain and person diagnoses strained abdominal muscle. Sparrow emergency says diverticulitis snd admits him for 2 days!!!
