Horrible quality. I received one a while back as a gift and it worked for a few days then stopped working completely. I called and they replaced it. Well that one has stopped working after a year so I bought a new one today. Brand new out of the box and it doesn’t work either. Very disappointed. Going to be returning it and purchasing a different brand.
RecommendedI have order many diffusers for resell and 1 unit quit working and they sent my customer a replacement. How awesome is that sustomer service. Thank You Thank you!!

There's not enough PRAISE to give to SpaRoom and their fantastic employee Kayla! I've only had my diffuser for a short 6 months, and have absolutely loved it. It unfortunately broke for no apparent reason, and I first tried to reach out to Bed, Bath & Beyond where I purchased it, but they were unable to help me. I then reached out to SpaRoom who made it directly, and had the absolute pleasure of Kayla assisting me. >>> AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE ALERT <<< So I just purchased a SpaRoom Ultrasonic Mister & Diffuser which did not have the power cord in the box. I called customer service fully expecting to have to jump through hoops to get the adapter.... and GUESS WHAT..... Susan said to drop her an email with my address and so she could mail out!!! WOW, amazed how easy it was ... I'm soooo happy with my experience!! Thanks SpaRoom - you guys ROCK!!!
