I just got my diffuser today followed the instructions and it cuts off everytime I turn it on
Bought 2 products and is giving my Husband the Run Around! This company is a scam
The products arrived damaged I have already filled out the complaint form before and am still awaiting a reply I provided a video of how much of the 2 sanitizers I bought from this company is missing and I’ve YET to get a response I attempted to contact them back on July 21st to show how my products arrived and I’ve yet to get a response... I’m not very happy with how your packaging gave me empty products...
Very poor customer service no one to contact to resolve a problem
DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON A SPA-ROOM DIFFUSER WORSE PRODUCT ON THE MARKET! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIFIC..... I PURCHASED SEVERAL OF THEIR DIFFUSERS AS GIFTS AND ONE FOR MYSELF, IT DIDN’T LAST A YR. I WAS TOLD BRING IT BACK TO WHERE I BOUGHT IT, BED BATH & BEYOND SAID RETURN IT TO THE COMPANY... LONG STORY SHORT, SPAROOM PRODUCTS ARE CRAP!!!!!
No customer service. Faulty diffusers and no way to exchange them.
RecommendedI did have an issue and during this time it took a long time to get a response. But once I got a response they stayed on top of things and took care it quickly. I was very surprised to get my replacement in less then a week. Thank you greatly appreciate it.
Disappointed got a defective diffuser. Reached out to the company twice in the last 3 weeks sent proof of purchase and pic of product. NO REPPLY OR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. THEY SEEM TO NOT SUPPORT OR BACK THEIR PRODUCT VERY DISAPPOINTING. UNABLE TO RETURN TO STORE DUE TO CLOSED DURING THIS PANDEMIC. NOTED THAT ON THE MESSAGE TO THEM.
Impossible to get in touch with anyone- I have THREE diffusers all giving me trouble. That’s 60.00+ dollars down the drain. Very disappointed— I’ll get a different brand from now on if I can’t get someone to find a solution to this issue 😢
