Answer the phone and answer emails
Alright y’all I legit just bought my diffuser and followed all the steps to start it up.... my diffuser will not stay on for less than like 5 seconds... it has enough water and the plugs are all working. What am I doing wrong? Can anyone help?!?
Your options for customer service are abysmal. No ability to connect with anyone over the phone, and an asterisk REQUIRING a proof of purchase to submit a customer query via the website. God forbid someone receive a diffuse as a gift. Anyway, there is a REALLY strange smell coming from this TulipMist machine. Please advise.
I ordered a 7-oil set and only received 3 oils. I’ve emailed twice and left a phone message. No response. If you would contact me and make this right, that’d be great.

I purchased a diffuser made by SpaRoom, brought it home, plugged it in, and.....nothing. Very poorly made product. Lights flash for a moment and then....nothing. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for an actual working room diffuser.
RecommendedI purchased a diffuser from BB&B and it stopped working after a couple weeks they would not return it because i didn't have a receipt or box. I emailed sparoom and they responded immediately and replaced my diffuser. Their customer service was extremely helpful and very friendly!
Great quality and value. Oils are the highest purity.
