Love the design and concept of the Scentifier - especially that it doesn't require water - and the changing lights. Sadly, it seems the basic design is flawed. The lights stopped working on my original unit. The customer service representative has been helpful but the second unit quickly developed a humming/buzzing noise issue. The next two units I received as replacements had the same noise issues. The last one made noise the first time I used it. Sadly, I finally gave up.

I received a diffuser/humidifier as a gift and it only works about half of the time. I submitted a request online with a video of the product over two weeks ago. I tried to call but there isn’t a customer service number. I am very dissatisfied with my product. Please advise how I can get assistance.

Purchased a diffuser for Christmas. The AC adapter was faulty. Contacted company requesting replacement adapter. They responded by saying “sorry but we are unable to send any replacements outside of the U.S.” Then informed me that I could pay for them to send me a new adapter! I would NOT recommend SpaRoom products and their customer service is greatly lacking!
