So angry with this company. Suspended delivery for a few months because I had too much water already and have not received a statement for a few months because I didn't owe anything. My account was paid and current and today I receive a letter from a collection agency that said I owed 85.11 for equipment return. When I tried to talk to someone at this office they said I had to talk to collection agency they can't help me. Really? They are the one who needs to look at their records and discover their error.
