They got the order wrong the first 4 times, they have been double charging me every month, there is no place to login and review my account, their website customer login has never been functional, they used to take 2 weeks to reply to my customer service e-mails but now they don't reply at all, their phone support leaves you waiting for a half hour or more with no answer, I have never received a receipt so I can't make sense of the double billings, the delivery person has never rang the doorbell so I can't ask him questions,... read more
I've ordered and paid but never received any deliveries. Now I can't get ahold of anyone in customer service to find out when to expect a delivery or to cancel service. Terrible service. Avoid.
Water tastes great and delivery was correct and on time. However, any company that makes it this difficult to cancel service I will not do business with. On hold for over an hour, still no answer. No answer to multiple emails to customer service. Managed to cancel (I think), now they won't tell me how to hand over empties which may be a ruse to start up the account/billing again? I highly recommend reporting to BBB and congressional office if you also experience this. It is a violation of consumer rights to make it so diffic... read more
Pathetic. Horrible, Not able to keep their delivery schedule, we complete ran out of water, was told there is a week delay with delivery, when ask what should I do with my water they told me to take the bottle and refill them at Walmart. Canceling account and moving to Culligan
