Hi there , I would like to thank Daniel Valdez , Route 3758. He is doing monthly water delivery at my workplace. Always helping , making sure the water jug is inside the house . He is always polite to call me ahead of time. Nice & friendly
Stay away from this company. You cannot cancel the account. I have spent about 5 hours over the last month trying to contact them to no avail. They slam you with more water than you order. They do not credit you with the bottle deposits they slam you with. This is a prehistory business in need of a class action suit! I have never called when there wasn't a ' heavy call volume. I have tried email and they will not return all emails. Just stay away from them and avoid the days of wasted time you will inevitably encounter.
