I have tried to call to cancel an appointment twice and left messages. No response or call back. Last visit I saw a different dentist and they got my paperwork messed up resulting in a cancelled appointment. The place gives me a bad feeling and I am taking my mouth and business elsewhere.
This place is horrible, I do not recommend to anyone, it's dirty and look like they don't clean also the equipment need mainence, that's not the worst, the dr couldn't get my tooth out so she decided to send me somewhere else in the middle of me being numb, I had to drive all the way to plano spend more time and money, thy only refond me part of the money I pay, this place is bad I will never ever come back again or recomend to anyone
