best dentist! so communicative, thoughtful, made me feel super at ease and made sure that I was comfortable through everything! Explained everything to me so i understood, even fixed a previous dentists work. I will always come here!
Honestly the dentist didn’t do anything until I approve of her doing all of these extra expenses that I couldn’t afford (even if I was approved by cherry insurance) and making the rude comment “you just need the money sweetheart” I walked away from her and paid. I don’t care if you came back from vacation, you’re rude as hell just because I don’t want to give you over 10K- 15K with all that extra expenses. Don’t recommend this place at all.
I saw Dr. Verma for 3+ years when I lived in North Richland Hills. I first went to her when I had 2 teeth that needed root canals. She did an amazing job under very difficult conditions. She told me my root canal was one of the worst she had ever had to do. My root had calcified, but she was able to remove it successfully nonetheless. She is very skilled! They have been absolutely amazing. Super sweet and patient with explaining everything to me. I don’t know if I’ve had this wonderful service before at a dentistry. Highly recommend!!
