Be careful with anything you saw on their website such as the moving date, maybe policy or even floor plan all of these can be False!!! The apartment management agents can change anything you find out on their website at anytime they want! I spoke with their assistant manager about the moving date and the one month free special before I applied on their website, and I actually received a conformation email about it. I will process your refund and send it off today. Again, apologies that we didn't have a home for your desired move in date.
What originally was supposed to be a loss of hot water overnight turned into 3 days. Can’t say it was the best idea to do pipe maintenance over Mother’s Day weekend. To boot, the hot water was not turned on at the promised time Monday. I guess I’ll go to work without showering.
