The massages are great and the employees are always friendly/ professional. Doty is amazing! Had a scheduling mishap this week but Chinh rectified the situation quickly. Will definitely continue to use Spalon for any relaxation needs! :)

I went in for my first time today after a friend suggested Spalon. I was amazed at the range of services offered. I got an excellent mani and pedi from Jasmin (Yasmin?). She took extra care to make sure I was relaxed. Then I got my first ever facial. It was a European facial by Minda. All I can say about that is TOTALLY WORTH IT. I had no idea how great I'd feel inside and out. Thank you ladies & Spalon! I'll be back. :)
I had an appointment to get a pedicure and manicure. I had a Groupon coupon for 29.00.This is a company that they subscribe to. They refused to honor it. The owner , who is a man is rude and obnoxious. He said you had to be a 1st time customer and groupon customers are only given appointments certain times. The coupons states none of this. Awesome experience... Highly recommend! Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was superb.
I had a wonderful experience. The staff was very generous n considerate. I called on a Sunday n they were very very busy but Stephanie the receptionist not only got me in but got my sister in at the last minute. The woman Jessica who did my hair stayed an hour after they were closed to finish my hair. She did it exactly how I wanted it n got the exact color I've been wanting for years. I came in to get a gift certificate for My daughter for Mother's Day and the atmosphere was very welcoming, very clean establish and excellent customer service!!! I was given choices based on services offered and descriptions of the services!!!
