I went in for a microdermabrasion/facial which I had scheduled beforehand. I didn't wait long before taken back. The only complaint I have is the woman who gave me my microdermabrasion/facial was asking me if I was getting a massage afterwards, that I needed a pedicure and that I should sign up to join the club. I am a club member and was a loyal customer for some time. I was gifted a certificate from Groupon from my sister that was unaware I was a club member. The owner refused to honor this gift and only offered me $15 credit toward my scheduled services and told me to regift it or have my sister get her money back through Groupon. I read the Groupon fine print and even stated it was my intention to use it when booking the appointment over the phone with an employee. She never stated that I would not be able to use it. I had an eyelash appointment that I completely forgot about and missed so I called and made a new appointment. The man I dealt with on the phone and in person was extremely friendly and helpful but that's where it ended. I made a new appointment for the next day ( not sure if me missing my appointment pissed the girls off or what ) but I sat there waiting for an HOUR!!
