Had an appointment for facial n massage with a friend, the owner Called us half way there to say they needed to cancel our massages after taking a month to get us in, but they could still do our facials at different times. The owner was more worried about what he was getting taking from then trying to recover the problem. They could not reschedule us for another month. Very poor customer service! My husband and I had a great visit on 4/8/17 Saturday! Anise was awesome! Great service and great conversation:) The receptionist was extremely nice!Owner was very welcoming yet again! Wonderful experience today. I am highly sensitive and many products inflame my skin; some make it itchy and I get hives. spa810 has such lovely products and a talented staff. I should know; I put myself through University by being a licensed facialist, Master make-up artist for movies, album covers, runway show artistry at Fashion Week in Milan, Paris and London, U.K. I am also a licensed cosmetologist or stylist.
